PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES
This privacy policy is a document that concerns the protection of personal data and their processing in connection with the use of the B2B Sales Platform.
The B2B sales platform, operated by TelForceOne S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław at 119 Krakowska Street, is intended solely for contractors who conduct business activities registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, legal persons registered in the National Court Register, as well as foreign legal persons registered in accordance with applicable law, and who are also registered as Contractors of TelForceOne S.A.
§1 Data collected during registration
Making purchases on the B2B sales platform available at: https://b2b.momi.pl/en-gb, requires going through the registration procedure, during which it is required to provide personal data indicated below.
During the first stage, you will be asked to provide an email address and a password, which will be your identifier on the B2B sales platform. The remaining mandatory data needed to complete the I stage of registration will be:
- company name;
- phone number;
- Tax Identification Number.
We will also ask you to provide us with consent to process your personal data for the purpose of:
- registration of a newly established account (mandatory consent);
- providing commercial offers and marketing services (optional consent);
- providing services electronically (optional consent).
Upon completing the first stage, an activation link will be sent to the email address you provided, enabling you to complete the full registration process.
To be able to make transactions and thus fully activate your account, it will be necessary to provide the following information in the second stage of registration:
- information about your company;
- contact details for your future sales representative;
- the dominant industry of your company.
To complete the registration, a scan of company documents authorizing business activities in the respective country will also be required in jpg or pdf format.
§2 Data collected automatically
The B2B sales platform uses the following tools:
- Google Analytics - used to monitor and analyze traffic on the website. During your visit to the website, data such as browser type, operating system type, etc., will be automatically collected. The site also uses Google Analytics interest and demographic reports.
- Google Ads - used to conduct online campaigns in the search network and the advertising network, using targeting and remarketing mechanisms for advertising messages. The user of the service has the option to opt out of Google Ads for display advertising and customize ads on the Google advertising network using Ad Settings. Data from Google based on interests or data of external recipients (e.g., age, gender, and interests) are used to better match advertising messages.
§3 Use of personal data
All personal data collected during the registration procedure, user account activation, will be used solely to enable logging into our system and to enable the transaction of purchase and delivery of goods.
The data is adequately protected against their destruction or damage, unauthorized access by unauthorized persons, misappropriation by unauthorized persons, as well as processing in violation of the generally applicable regulations.
§4 Information on the processing of personal data
In order to fulfill the information obligation imposed on each Personal Data Administrator by Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000), we inform you about the following.
Personal Data Administrator
The administrator of your personal data is TelForceOne S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław at 119 Krakowska Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number 0000232137. Processing purposes
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data in order to:
- conclude and perform the contract under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the Regulation;
- fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator, including those arising from tax law or the Accounting Act on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of the Regulation;
- quality service research and analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation);
- receiving commercial information, marketing offers, including information on discounts and promotions, based on (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the Regulation), if consent has been given for this;
- for the eventual consideration of complaints, establishment and pursuit of claims, and protection against claims - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b, c, and f of the Regulation).
Processing time
Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the contract, extended by the statute of limitations period if such processing is necessary for the performance or protection against claims and for the time during which the Personal Data Administrator is obliged to store them in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
In the case of giving consent to the processing, the data will be processed until the withdrawal of this consent or the deletion of the account on the B2B sales platform. Withdrawal of consent is possible at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, access to this data, and request its correction, deletion, processing restrictions, data transfer to another Personal Data Administrator, and the right to object to data processing without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of data by the Personal Data Administrator is contrary to the Regulation.
Recipients of personal data
The Personal Data Administrator transfers your personal data only to entities providing services necessary for the performance of the contract, such as IT system providers, entities dealing with technical preparation, order fulfillment, accounting, invoicing, and settlement of contracts, entities providing legal services and debt recovery, postal operators, couriers, banks in the execution of payments, and authorities authorized to obtain personal data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law. In such cases, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the required minimum. In addition, the information provided by you may be made available to the relevant public authorities if required by the applicable laws.
Obligation and consequences of not providing data
In the case where processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) of the Regulation, providing personal data is a condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract, and you are not obliged to provide personal data. However, the consequence of not consenting to the processing of personal data by the Personal Data Administrator will be the inability to conclude the contract.
In the case where processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation, i.e., on the basis of consent to processing, then the lack of consent will mean the inability to process and will result in the deletion of your personal data from our databases.
Profiling
Your personal data will be processed automatically, including profiling, resulting in the possibility of identifying purchasing preferences. The user profiling mechanism operates based on the history of searches, visited pages, made purchases, or products added to the basket on the B2B sales platform
§5 Making changes to personal data
Due to the security of transactions, making changes to basic company data requires contact with the sales consultant assigned to each client. Additionally, in the case of such changes, you may be asked to resubmit the changed registration documents.
You can change the shipping address data independently on the page after logging in and going to the tab: My account > Company data.
§6 Storage of personal data
Data is stored in accordance with the security requirements specified in the UODO provisions and is protected against access by third parties.
§7 Use of cookies
"Cookies" are information stored by the Personal Data Administrator's server in the user's computer memory, which the Personal Data Administrator's server can read each time the user's computer is connected.
Within the Service, there are two main types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user's terminal device until logging out, leaving the website, or turning off the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the user's terminal device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
- "necessary" cookies that allow you to use the services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect abuse in the authentication scope within the Service;
- "performance" cookies, allowing the collection of information on the use of website pages within the Service;
- "functional" cookies that enable the "remembering" of selected user settings and the personalization of the User's interface, e.g., in terms of the selected language or region, the font size, the appearance of the website, etc.;
- "advertising" cookies enabling the delivery of advertising content more tailored to their interests to Users.
The Personal Data Administrator may place "cookies" to monitor user traffic between its sites (portal) and other cooperating websites. Our website may use cookies that serve to identify your browser while using our website so that we know which page to display to you. Cookies may also be placed for statistical purposes, serving the analysis of key parameters (KPI), as well as to adapt the service to the needs of users, including content personalization and commercial offers
By using the websites of the Personal Data Administrator, you agree to the use of "cookies" in accordance with these rules regarding "cookies". If you do not agree to the use of "cookies" by us, you have the option of changing your browser settings accordingly (depending on its type) or refraining from using the websites of the Personal Data Administrator. Failure to change the above settings means acceptance of the use of "cookies". The Personal Data Administrator may use "cookies" when a user visits the website. "Cookies" that may be used on websites and web pages are associated solely with the browser of a specific computer (anonymous user), without giving the user's name or surname. Cookies do not contain any personal data.
"Cookies" provide statistical data on user traffic and the use of individual website pages of the Personal Data Administrator's service. The user can choose the method of handling "cookies" at any time in the settings of the internet browser by replacing the automatic handling of "cookies" with individual handling (user settings). Detailed information in this regard is provided by providers of internet browser programs, usually in the "internet options" tab or similar. However, the user's deactivation in their browser of the option to accept "cookies" (blocking, monitoring) may make it difficult or even impossible to use some of the services of the Personal Data Administrator. At the same time, the Personal Data Administrator assumes no responsibility for the use or handling of "cookies" on other websites available to users through links placed on the websites of the Personal Data Administrator's service.

TelForceOne reserves the right to change the above privacy policy by publishing a new privacy policy on this page.
