REMOVAL OF PRODUCT NON-COMPLIANCE

In connection with the UOKiK inspection of the MoMi "Kala grey" product (EAN 5900495050922) – a high chair for children.
We hereby inform you that the product does not meet safety standards because gaps were found between the folding tray and the leg separator, posing a risk of a child’s fingers becoming trapped.
We kindly ask purchasers of this product to stop using the tray (folding table) and to use only the seating function. Once the tray is removed, the risk will be eliminated, as there will no longer be a gap between the tray and the crotch restraint.
To eliminate the danger, the tray must be removed. The product without the tray meets safety standards and does not pose a risk to users.
The Buyer may contact the Seller or the Company with proof of purchase to request a price reduction for the product or withdraw from the contract and request a full refund of the product price.
