Delivery terms
We endeavour to shorten delivery times as much as possible. This period may extend if the ordered products are temporarily out of stock.
In most cases, delivery terms are agreed individually with the sales rep.
Current status of your order can be checked any time in the My Account > Orders tab.
You’ll be given a delivery note number to track your shipment on couriers’ websites.
