Trade credit lines
The credited amount is determined individually based on our credit risk analysis and the needs resulting from the potential sales volume. As the cooperation develops, the credit limit can be increased.
We reserve the right to grant or set the credit limit based on opinions of external experts in credit risk assessment and offering trade credit insurances. This may translate into a slightly longer credit decision waiting period for you.
Once you make at least two cash purchases (prepayment, cash on delivery), all of our customers may apply for a deferred payment limit.
For your trade credit limit application to be processed you need to provide the following documents:
- Trade credit line application on the TelForceOne form (owner of the MoMi brand) (Application for trade credit limit);
- Registration documents - up-to-date (no older than 3 months) excerpt from the National Court Register (KRS) or a certificate of entry in the Register of Business Activity (depending on the legal form of the company), a NIP and REGON certificate (List of documents required for registration).
We check each trade credit line applicant in the Economic Information Bureau of the National Debt Register. Your application will be rejected if unsatisfactory feedback on your payment behaviour is found.
Please provide the complete set of required documents directly to your MoMi sales rep to speed up the credit granting procedure.
The granted trade credit limit is activated upon the receipt of the signed credit agreement by TelForceOne.
If you lag behind with payments to TelForceOne, order-taking and current sales will be suspended until the due balance is received. Because the date of settling the arrears is understood as the date of crediting the bank account of TelForceOne, please submit the transfer orders to the banks in advance.
Trade credit limit can also be reduced or withdrawn for customers who repeatedly fail to timely settle their liabilities towards TelForceOne.
